Return Process

  Log into your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the LED products in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or arrange for a pickup through our portal.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
